Since the move, there were some thousands of pictures missing, especially in the Over There section. This was due to Hostgator for being anal retentive and deleting most of my pictures. They even deleted my thumbnails for many other parts of the gallery.

Everything is now reinstated to its rightful glory now.

We are now running off on our new host server, Dreamhost. No more lousy Hostgator for me.

I have most of the fansite up and stabilized and most should be working, including the chat, poll, calendar, wordpress, forum and gallery. There seems to be loads of missing pics in the gallery, but that will be rectified this coming Wednesday night, when I return home from Las Vegas.

Starting next week some time, Luke MacFarlane Online will be closing for a few days as I will be moving my site to a whole new hosting company. The current hosting, Hostgator, is being a total ***hole about the number of files I have on their server, that I am in excess of their so-called “inodes”. Whatever… I’m canceling my hosting plans with them and moving to a new hosting that doesn’t have this restriction/limitation.

ETA: Check everyday to see if we’re back. I will make a post proclaiming that we’ve moved to a new host server.

Hmm, when we ported our fansite from Yahoo Groups to this site, we forgot to upload 4 older pics from Luke’s career into the gallery. Anyway, they are now uploaded into the gallery.

ETA: Correction, make that 5 missing pics. Anyway, there are certain old pics that are hi-res but weren’t fully hi-res and are now fully 100% HQ hi-res. They’re mostly in “Over There” promo stills.

I added a chat program for those people who just love to chat.

This way, it will ease off the chatbox for its original purpose of just short Q&A’s (Questions & Answers), and allow people to chat whatever topic at hand, without offending other readers who have the capability of seeing the chatbox (apologies to Luke’s family and friends!!).
